I just started playing with my Waffle Flower Christmas Collage stencils this weekend. I actually bought them last year, but didn't get the opportunity to use them as I ended up making all my Christmas cards from Spellbinders 12 Days of Stitchmas kit. I have to start months in advance to get all my cards done since I make things as difficult as I can for myself by making unique cards for each person. 😆 I don't have 1 particular brand of ink that I like. I've got the Distress inks, the Distress Oxides, Altenew, Simon Says, Taylored Expressions, and GinaK. I've also recently picked up the Lisa Horton Interference inks. I don't have all the colors in each line & I mostly have just the cube sized inks because I don't have the money or the storage space for the full-size pads. I like being able to mix & and match the colors as I see fit.
They are lots of fun and make for quick cards which would help you with your Christmas card making. You could make a lot of the postage collage card fronts and change them up with different ink colours, or do the front of each card differently by cutting the postage collage up into the stamps and changing the layout. You don't need all the ink colours or brands, just what you like. I don't have the interference inks, but I hope to get some for myself. I have ordered them for my online store though. Good luck with making your Christmas cards and thank you for watching my video
