There is a tip that you can jump when using Maverick Incendiary rounds to kill a horde of zombies just like what I did. If your aim is decent and strong as well but weaker can do it tho. Because Jumping and Shooting in the Group of Zombies can save your bullets/ammo as well.
I agree entirely with the list, also one of the main reasons I watch the entirety of the video despite already knowing how all the shotgun performs the Hotline Miami music, its great isn’t it
To be honest, I only disagree with the wingmaster's rating, it's still good at bosses with slug shells, except that it's slightly worse. You said that it was very bad to use on bosses if equipped slug shells. Like I mean 132 damage? That's still a lot, the only thing is the headshot multiplier which shrinks the headshot damage drastically. But that isn't a big problem because of the very high recoil.

Reason is the m1014's damage (190 damage) which isn't enough to kill 2 slashers/zombies (each have 100 hp) unless you headshot (HS multiplier is 1.5 which cause damage stats to increases to 285 which is enough to kill 2 slashers/zombies)
