Thank you so much for this. I've booked a flight for January 2021 - This is completely out of my comfort zone, so this has been amazing. I'll definitely watch this again!
This is the most helpful video I have seen! It explains everything I need to know and has really calmed me down. Please can I go backpacking with you 2, you seem so nice! Can't wait for January 2020.
I start my WH in September, I had no idea there was a way for me to apply for a second year on a 462 visa!! This video cleared SO many things up for me & got me more excited to fly out in a few weeks, thank you!
Perfect video! Literally answered every single one of my questions and has made me a lot less nervous! November the 1st is my flight ! I can't wait ! 🇦🇺
This is the Ultimate travel guide for Australia 🇦🇺 I watch all of your video and after watching them I always take something I learn from your videos. Never stop making your travel videos your the best TH-camr hands down. Backpacking bananas for president 2019!!!
This sounds like such a good idea. On my own my parents would probably never let me go anywhere, let alone abroad but if it's a working holiday and I'm making money while i'm also travelling slowly, it would probably be more acceptable to them. I think I'm about to look into this once I finish my college. I bet it's a good start to one's career and adulthood in general 😄
Another option if you have a Trade and want to be self employed you can also apply for an Australian Business Number (ABN) although you don't need one if you are working for an employer. You will need to get your head around paying tax and collecting GST (> 75K/year) but I know people that have done it and do well for themselves.
I'm leaving for Australia in September and you've answered a lot of little questions I've had. This will be the biggest trip I've taken -- so far. I'm super looking forward to going, but still I can't help but freak out a little from time to time as I get closer and closer to the date.
That’s completely normal! I still get nervous before I go on big trips and I’ve done it many times before 🙈 Just try to turn the nerves into excitement if you can 😁
If you are travelling out rural you should go with Telstra's phone service because Optus will have zero bars out bush and there is very little public wifi in Aus, especially outside of the major and coastal cities.
@@benjaminch97 Probably a bit too cool but it depends on how determined you are. I would not even swim in Sydney in June and its warmer than Melbourne but some people would.
Thank you so much for this video! Some great, useful tips! My Husband and I are starting out WH in September and your video gave us lots to think about! Thanks again :) xx
great video, thank you so much! also heading out mid September, and actually decided to go Melbourne first now. also, puts a smile on my face to see how many people in the comments say they're heading out soon too, gets me so hyped! much love xx
with transferwise you can set up a virtual australian bank account so you wont require an australian bank account. You provide the employer your bank numbers and they can send you the money as and when. Currently it cant be used for direct debits which is the only downside if you want to set up a phone contract, otherwise it's hasslefree
HONESTLY THE MOST INFORMATIVE VIDEO HERE REGARDING THIS VISA much appreciated 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I have an Austrian passsport so eligible for the 462 visa. I didn’t even know that hospitality can be another option for getting second year visa, OVER THE MOON 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙈🤣

Hi guys, I’m looking to travel to Australia in September/October time. I’m wanting to get there and get a job straight away on my 417 visa. Would you recommend just moving city to city new job to job to travel? Or just get one job and travel on weekends etc
I know this was posted a while ago now but just thought I’d let you know! You can take certain online RSA courses that allow you to get an RSA in multiple states, when I did mine (I live in aus btw) the one course certified me for QLD, SA, VIC, and NT all at once!!
I've already been to australia for about 6 months and heading soon to central america. However I love to watch your videos even if it's not useful (at the moment) for me 😂

Would you recommend visiting the country first so you can personally get an idea where you would want to work at or should you just select one city first than start working?
