Patti, I have a slight quibble with one section. When I saw the dance being done at a country place (loved it, BTW), the hardest part for me to catch was after they do the heel switches with hitches. On the second hitch, they don't bring their left foot down but go immediately into a cross for the side-rock. You are not doing it that way in your video, but I do see that Donna is doing it in hers. Just a small thing, but to me, that's one of the coolest and most unique parts of the dance....
Nancy Kaufmann I taught this from Donna's step sheet on Copperknob and we do the left cross stomp. That helps to move you to the right to a new cross partner when in contra lines.
