You can just simply make the back as a kitchen put a lot of cabinet at the back also cover all the window at the right side it's fine create a lot of cabinet on the right side put a water tank and the front sit make it swivel so it can turns in to sopa put a full down tv on the bed side
Nice built but I think that water from that sink will fall within the van (either inside or on the bumpers). Better to rotate the sink 180 degree so that the hole is further away.

20liter tank under seat.
Drinking water need to carry in can.
Filling inlet is there.
