Lebeniye Soup Ingredients: (Gaziantep Style)
2 tablespoons of rice
1 glass of water
4.5 cups hot water
1 cup boiled chickpeas

1.5 cups of yoghurt
2 tablespoons of flour
juice of half a lemon
For the Meatballs:
200 g Minced Meat
1 onion
Salt
Black pepper
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of mint
Baked Boat Potato Ingredients:
8 potatoes (not small)
300-350 g minced meat
1 large onion
2 green peppers
1 red capsicum
2 tomatoes
3 tablespoons of oil
4-5 sprigs of fresh parsley
Salt, black pepper, ground pepper, red pepper flakes
Oil to grease the potatoes
For the Tomato Sauce:
half glass of water
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2-3 tablespoons of oil
For Basamel Sauce:
2 spoonful butter
1 tablespoon of oil
1.5 tablespoons of flour
1.5 cups of milk at room temperature
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
On top: Cheddar cheese
Potato Patties Ingredients:
Let's boil the potatoes we removed
1.5 tea glasses of bread crumbs

5-6 sprigs of green onion

2 roasted red peppers
Half bunch of dill
4-5 pickled gherkins

Haydari Ingredients:
100 g white cheese
400 g strained yoghurt

1-2 cloves of garlic
