I like how the most distressing thing for Stribinski in his life has been the death of Alexi. He sees zombies, an alien world and humans turning into blood portals and he's just "Alright".

Man, its funny. Watching Kiko and friends do they're table tops actually got me into role plays. I love this, the traveler series actually helped me become a GM of traveler myself, and now i obsessively listen to these while working. I truly hope you and your group are able to do more sessions of Cthulhu, Traveler and Burning Wheel, Kiko! Always a pleasure to watch and listen.

Stribinkski is now a more accomplished mage than violet. Fantastic session, I was literally jumping for joy when the construction worker was chosen to die because I knew STRIBINKSKI IS GOING HOME!
Well, he contributed magic points to the blood moongate thing and it by and large successful... The only other really successful spell in the campaign was violet teleporting into the ground.
I want to say, kiko, this is some next level gaming. I am a sci fi author and am chummy with other authors and game designers here in Seattle so please take this compliment seriously. I really enjoyed this and will probably return to roleplaying this summer as a result of being inspired by you.

For the first time in the series, I rolled badly on a sanity check and failed. I don't know why it bothered me that the journalist died and nothing else did. Maybe it's because she was innocent and her life was literally stolen by the "good guys."
+Kikoskia I was also saddened by the reporter dying...then again, I still have pre-readers that don't like me to say the names "Rene" or "Roisin" because it reminds them of those characters in my stories.
+Poduke04 For me, it's not so much that she was innocent (so were the builders, after all), but how she died. The builder dude drew the short straw and got knocked out before getting sacrificed. The reporter looked like she pretty much made it, so her death really caught me by surprise. Also, unlike the builder, she seemed aware of what was happening to her. I wonder if she noticed that the other two look younger and connected the dots. Also, it's really frustrating that this James Jones guy got the best deal out of the whole thing. The least deserving of everyone involved, imo. Unlike Stribinsky, who, had he drawn the short straw, would have undoubtedly accepted his fate and done the right thing, this guy would have probably flipped his shit. He just seems too selfish and obsessed with revenge (not to mention crazy, and a former cultist himself) to put others' needs before his. Maybe I'm being rough on him, but he just stinks of another villain in the making. Anyways, really enjoyed this! And I'm glad to see CoC uploaded more frequently, hope it stays that way.
thank you kiko and rufert, this was a great session, it had much more tension than normal, though I do kind of wonder what those creatures in the caves were, they seemed a little like ghasts. but I can't wait for more, Stribinski is so colorful!
I really liked this part of the session, it was very intense and had a really fun and interesting ending. I think I really got drawn into the scenario this time, probably because there weren't four or five voices talking shit in the background :P Not that that isn't enjoyable of course ;), but it sort of breaks the immersion of the experience somewhat. Difficult choices had to be made in this set, and they weren't downplayed at all, they had gravity and I think that's a tremendous thing to accomplish in an RP session. You did a fantastic job GMing this Kiko, I salute you. Rufert did a very good job in this one also; I think he played Stribinski very well. Stribinski has been my favorite of the Rufert characters because he's mostly straightforward and doesn't do semi-retarded things like toss flash grenades at a creature that only stays still as long as you can see it, or spend entire fights taking pictures of a monster that doesn't show up in photographs :P Leeman was alright as well, although he got slain pretty quick. Anyway, in short, I gusta-ed this session a lot and look forward to Stribinski's next appearance! Thanks again for the hours upon hours of entertainment gents!
I really hope you get to do these sessions more regularly; also when you guys finally finish this game, I'd like to suggest Mutants & Masterminds, a superhero game, I'd love to see the superheroes/supervillains that you guys come up with… probably supervillains would be more fun but it'd still be epic.
I've been in the works of a D&D session recently inspiried by kind of a mix of Crusades, Eldritch horror and the level of expend-ability of Startship troopers. This sort of session really helps push the inspiration for wrapping up the creation! :D
So will the Call of Cthulhu series ever return? I realize it's been over a year and a half since the last video was uploaded for Call of Cthulhu but i have just binged watched the entire series and it was awesome! I would love to see this come back if it is at all possible nevertheless it's been a great and thrilling story and i've loved every minute of it!
Wow, that's partly how humans achieve teleportation in Divine Blood. Demons pierce a dimensional barrier, bounce off another towards the destination. Gods link to instances of a phenomenon such as "steel" or "laughter" and basically make a wormhole. Humans briefly make two points of space into a single point and then reshuffle location identifiers. All three use tech to power the teleportation, difference with Gods and Demons is the tech they use gives them the power directly, shared through those of the species part of the communal mindscape, while the human teleportation is currently achieved by external machines and massive fusion generators.
Kiko, be honest. How many times did Stribinkski almost die during his whole ordeal in this nightmarish realm? Because Stribinkski's luck should be maxed out for how few, if any, have ever pulled off getting out of there besides him and Kasalar.
didn't Stribinski gain +2 Power back due to the Luck roll at the beginning of Pit of Blades? There was that whole bit about how if he rolled another 1 America becomes communist?
+Kikoskia, if I might ask, what chat software do you use? I've tried Skype, Teamspeak, Roll20 and G+ Hangouts and only Teamspeak and G+ Hangouts made recording easy. Currently I've been using hangouts for my published one-shots, which I can't really break up into parts.
