TWC definitely has an ongoing 'unwritten' rule on that set that if Felicia brings a dress that's well above-the-knee, she's not allowed to cross in it during the 🛋 segments 🤭. Main reason is a rather silly one, they just don't want her "winning" at the other TWC ladies' expense (lol)! Ratings continue to go down the drain too when they keep doing that to her, wonder if other weather stations have already reached out to her of late offering her a better deal (and BETTER 🎥 time for that matter 😘)...
