Illness was used in Murder Time Trio, an official soundtrack. ReveX is basically an official DustTale remixer, seeing as Katrina, creator of The Murder and Red Megalovania, helped him finalized The Murder. ReveX sees the DustTale game as official, and that game features RCTTS. Each of these themes would play at different times, given their context. Illness would be when Sans first decides to kill, and fights the Aaron. The Murder is when he has to kill Papyrus and is super sad. RCTTS is the judgement hall battle, and Red Megalovania is the theme that would be used if he had any multiversal battles, so that’s pretty much his main theme. I would like for there to be an update to DustTale fan games, where it includes RAGE Megalovania and Megalotrousle. RAGE is another DustTale Megalo that got remixed by ReveX, and Megalotrousle by Katrina.

Tokyovania for Ink, Nirre metal remix for Reaper, SharaX remix for Geno, Cement City remix for Dream, and it keeps going. Make sure you pay attention to what you read. I know one person made DustTale, but like I said before, ReveX as being basically official, mentions both Osteophile and AskDustTale, one made the story, one made the game. I forget which and which.
