May I offer you some advice? I have built houses & been involved with proper my entire life since I was a small child. In large cities of America most people don't know the prices of other countries or even other parts of American. Example when I lived in Las Angeles where a small house in bad shape with no land cost 25million peso. I would explain to the home owner. "Did you know if you go out of the city to a nice part of country you can get a house 5x as large that is very nice with big land for 5 million peso." Almost every time they did not belive me. They live in the city so long they loose perspective. They belive the whole world is that way. When I show them on Google I am telling the truth they are blown away. They don't understand how prices can be so low.
