I love that you don't edit out goofy bits. Try this tea - honey, lemon, green tea and 3-4 ginger slices in a pot. Pour hot water and let it steep for a while, the longer you steep it for the stronger it'll become. It's my go to fever/cold remedy

Home remedies: cut an onion and place it on a plate in your room to cleanse the air and open the sinuses. A weird one I’ve been told is to put garlic in my ears because all your sinuses are connected so it helps to flow through all of them. I love using the vapor nose inhaler thingo you can find it at coles or woolies. Drink lemon ginger tea and use coconut oil to hydrate around the nose after you blow it so it doesn’t dry the skin out. Have hot potato leek soup to open the sinuses plus it’s easy digestion so your body can focus on healing rather than digestion. Rest is the best medicine and last but not least sip lots of water throughout the day and stay hydrated. Most underrated heath trick is to drink more water :) I hope some of these are useful Bella x
Bella you HAVE to try taking a ginger shot (preferably in the morning). Just put some ginger through the juicer enough to fill about half a shot size and squeeze a bit of 🍊orange in there aswell so it's somewhat appetizing and take it like a SHOT. I swear to you this works wonders when I'm sick!! Great for immunity 🥃

Try lemon and honey in black tea hot if you have a sore throat or headache and cold if you feel dehydrated, it tastes good and feels good! Also if you feel really groggy and tired try making smoothies/juice that are super cold with lots of citrus filled and refreshing fruits like pineapple or apples or berries etc. and add greens to give energy and vitamins, this is just usually the thing I feel like doing when I’m sick depending on what I’m feeling 💛
After you said what happened to your eye every time you touched that part of your face I felt like a pain in that part of my face it was so uncomfortable. I imagine how painful it was 😣.
