Interestingly enough about Alex Heartman, he was born and raised here in Sacramento California, which is where I was born and raised as well, and I couldn’t find when he graduated, but he also went to the same high school where I graduated from as well, and during my time in high school, I met some people who somehow knew people who were on different seasons of Power Rangers and red is my number 1 favorite color, and way later on after I was around my time in middle school to my time to high school, is when I found out about Alex Heartman and during my time in middle school, I was actually a 12 year old boy in the 6th grade in middle school when Power Rangers Samurai ended, and during my last few months of my time in high school, I actually found out that Alex and I are both high school graduates of the exact same high school here in Sacramento California, and I was obviously surprised because I wasn’t expecting that of a former Power Rangers actor, is also a former high school student of the exact same high school as me. And if I knew Alex Heartman during high school, and if he were to tell me that he wanted to be an actor then he would’ve moved away to LA, and then start his career as an actor, and then if I would’ve probably watched him on TV in Power Rangers Samurai, I probably would’ve been like, that’s my old buddy. But I didn’t know him during high school, as he graduated from the same high school I did years and years, meaning like, way before I graduated last year in 2019. Anyway, if anyone of you guys were to find out, that a former Power Rangers actor or actress, were born and raised in a city or the same state of wherever you’re from, and then either during your time in high school, or even before or after you graduate from high school, if you were to find out that former Power Rangers actor or actress graduated from the same high school as you did way before you, like years and years before you, wouldn’t you honestly find it surprising or something like that?

Saban are cheapskates and didn't bother writing a new show. They literally just translated Shinkenger and reshot it. That's why half of Samurai makes no damn sense and the script is awful, so many Japan-specific cultural elements that just don't translate in the West.

Missed opportunity for sure if the reboot or whatever does something right it should be finally giving us an Asian red ranger. I swear I think this has been avoided because they figure well in Super Sentai the leader is always Japanese so we don’t need to do it here in good old USA 😅. Hyperforce the technically considered canon RPG season is the only “official Power Rangers team” where their red ranger Marvin was Asian.
