- THIS IS HOW TO UNLOCK A SPECIAL COLOR FOR SHOOTING DOWN THE ACES IN ACE COMBAT 5 FOR PS2 AND PS4. WHEN YOU GET ALL THE ACES DOWN, YOU'LL EARN A MEDAL; GRAND FALCON, AND ALSO UNLOCK A TROPHY FOR PS4 WHERE YOU JUST GOT FROM ACE COMBAT 7 PRE-ORDER CONTENT.
*Each enemy Ace will spawn during each mission as only work on Normal or higher difficulties.

All Aces' Name in Mission location and conditions to spawn;
0:00- BAE Hawk T1 - Gignator
Mission 1: Shorebirds
-Quickly destroy all enemies in 1st and 2nd wave.
Spawns on the 3rd wave.
0:21- F-14D Super Tomcat - Zipang
Mission 3: Narrow Margin
-Destroy all hostile aircrafts and half of naval targets.
Spawns on the west but careful, it can chaff flares to repel missiles.
0:52- F-4G Wild Weasel II - Mindripper
Mission 4: First Flight
-Destroy two F-4E and one B-1B before Grimm (Archer) comes out to take off.
Spawns ahead.
1:28- Mirage 2000D - Zahrada
Mission 6: White Bird (Part I)
-Destroy F-16Cs and F-20As.
Spawns on the east cornered by the mass driver launch.
2:00- EA-6B Prowler - Dune (Nuggets skin)
Mission 10: Blind Spot
-Destroy E-767 jammer and other targets.
Spawns on the south-eastern corner of the map while 8492nd Squadron interferes with transmission.
(You had to use MiG-31 Foxhound with its top speed to hurry to destroy the remaining transports and jammers after shooting down Dune)
3:14- X-29A - Daredevil (Experimental skin)
Mission 15: White Noise
-Destroy the E-767 jammer which prevents your sensor beacon from searching Nagase (Edge).
Spawns ahead but careful, it can chaff flares to repel missiles.
4:01- MiG-31M Foxhound - Cosm
Mission 16A: Desert Arrow
-Spawns with the final wave of refueling craft (KC-10 Extender) and AWACS (E-767).
4:56- EA-18G Growler - Abelcain
Mission 16B: Desert Lightning
-Destroy A-10A and Tornado GR.4 during the final wave of a Battleship.
Spawns on the west corner.
6:15- FB-22 Concept - Proteus
Mission 17: Journey Home
-Chopper dies in crashing the stadium.
Spawns on the south-eastern region of the map.
7:07- F-2A Viper Zero - Cypher
Mission 18: Fortress
-Destroy all hostile aircraft.
Spawns on the north-west of Cruik Fortress.
7:36- Tornado ECR - Twicedead
Mission 18+: 8492
-Destroy most enemies.
Spawns on the south-eastern corner of the map.
8:18- MiG-21-23 - Swordkill (Huckebein skin)
Mission 23: Ghosts of Razgriz
-Destroy half of the targets.
Spawns on the starting point by east.
(You still had to stay beneath the canyon to avoid AA missile while shooting down Swordkill)
8:56- YA-10B - Distant Thunder
Mission 25: Heartbreak One
-Spawns on the north-western region of the map over the airport during the fight with Grabacr Squadron (F-15S/MTD).
9:40- Rafale - Decoder
Mission 26: Sea of Chaos
-Destroy all naval targets first.
Spawns ahead but careful, it can chaff flares to repel missiles.
10:29- Su-37 Terminator - Yellow (Yellow 13 skin from ACE COMBAT 04)
Mission 27: Aces
-Spawns with a pair of Su-47s during the tunnel flight.
(You have one shot otherwise, there's no turning back)
11:05- MiG-1.44 Flatpack - Replicator
Mission 27+: The Unsung War
-Defeat Ofnir and Grabacr (S-32) before 1 minute elapsed for SOLG to descend.

I misspelled 8482nd instead of 8492nd I mean while I was editing it on movie maker for typing for few years ago back then so oops :/

Ya they do. enemy aces on AC5 and on ACZ when fighting against the ace squadron like Grun and Wizard (F-16XL).

Well of course they out maneuver plus chaffing flares to repel your missiles. Take your time to attack enemy aces.
Hi i dont know of you still reply, but im having trouble with the first aircraft skin, so i was wondering if you could explain how the third round of enemies spawn cause normally they dont thanks.
If you destroy enemies quickly than Heartbreak One, 3rd wave of enemies will spawn including Gigantor. Use QAAM to destroy em quick.

Press Select button on PS2 and Pad button on PS4 to change color while selecting aircraft to start a mission.
You forgot f-16xl and F-16 block
F-16XL and F-16 Block are the YK color not SP

No that's just different. Cypher with Y is the ace name in F-2A in AC5 and Cipher with I in ACZ is the Demon Lord of the Round Table throughout B7R during the Belkan War story.

I dont have an emulator or capture device to record older consoles. Sorry
The only thing on AC5 is PS4 with better graphics and slightly fast loading in menu.

Only works on Normal or higher difficulties

i play it 3rd times at SP new but the Ace enemy does'nt appear
