One of the reasons it's always Jin is because Jin and Jungkook have a special relationship. When Jungkook was very young and terrified of being in a big city without his family. Jin took him under his wing. Jin took JK took home to meet his family and became a friend to him, and part of becoming a friend to him WAS Jin acting the same age as Jungkook to help him relax and not be so intimidated by of everyone, so that's kind of why they do that.

5:26 they had individual missions to be done where they had to take photos with the members they're allocated with, in a certain location. while they were reviewing their photos towards the end, the staff revealed that they had a "spy" all along (it was jin) and if jin were to appear in their photos, a point would be deducted. jungkook thought he was doing okay while looking at his photos and found multiple photos where jin appeared and therefore started raging.
6:35 it was a game where jin was the teacher and the rest of the members were students. they were supposed to secretly eat/drink sth while jin was "teaching" and when he turned around, jk was caught drinking so he froze in that position to avoid losing and they tried to make him laugh and he exploded.
7:57 jk wanted to eat before they ran through their choreo during practice and the other boys wanted to hold him back to practice before he ate.
10:48 they were told to write heartfelt letters to each other and tae was working on his privately and jk just wanted to bother him so tae kicked him out. (p.s. tae's letter was super emotional)
