I've seen Hulk catch Iron Man in the air a couple of times now, and for some reason they keep saying "A Hulk" just because Stark said that in one scene from the movie. They even said "A Hyperion" in one episode. Like.... what the hell!? Y'know?

1rkhachatryan It's lazy writing, they must realize that kids who have seen the movies will watch these shows, so why are they copying things from the films? In the Avengers it was funny when Hulk randomly sucker punched Thor, but they have him do this multiple times in the cartoons, it just annoys me because they're not really putting in much effort into these scripts.
They don't need to bring EMH back, but it would be good if we could have a new series that takes itself more seriously like that.

One of the best.
I really enjoy this series. It's chessy as hell majority of the time and lacks plot sometimes but it's something that I can watch with the kiddos and we all get something out of it. I remember when the MC universe first started and I really didn't know how to take it because I lost faith in book to movie transition. I grew up on marvel and to an army brat who constantly got shifted to here and there, it was one of the few constants in my life. And I knew the movies would be different. And, in spite of the differences between the movies and the comics I grew up with, I enjoy them.
I loved this as a kid
Is it me or did this remind any one else of that episode in EMH when the avengers dissapeared and time was messing up so there was a new team to fill in for them

Of course Hulk crushes the faceplate; smashing is his thing and it comes with a gamma-sized impulse control problem.

You know the time stone has another function: traveling through time.
Maybe it could send the avengers into the future where they see a destroyed earth. Where they failed to save the world, and when they get back they have to become better heroes to prevent it.
Or maybe they get sent to the past where they see the origin of Thanos, learn his motivations, and maybe how to stop him. And when thy get back they would prepare to beat him.
But your writers say "no no, let's turn iron man into an annoying little kid because that's the limit of our storytelling ability"
They probably don't want to compete with the MCU if they introduce the Time Stone and Thanos gets his hand on it.

Planet doom was an altered timeline where the Avengers never happened. My suggestions are a post apocalypitic future or an origin story for the main villan. Do your homework before you start saying things.

Gaah Big Hero 6 was awesome and finding out that Man of Action wrote the series I was in shock.

Actually this isn't a filler episode. They are trying the other infinity stones and not only did they found the time stone, but also they found out what the other stones do and Red skull escaped and regained his sanity. Say what you people think about this series. I actually enjoyed this episode and even had a bit of feels in it.
I respect your opinion. To me this is another filler. Sure, they have the Time Gem, but it's one of those what's-gonna-happen-today-if-we-have-this kind of episodes (Ant-Man's very limited appearance and despite the Pym Particles serving as an unstable "antagonist", the focus was Sam's mom visiting. It was a parody episode).
Don't get me wrong, I'm just venting my frustration over EMH getting cancelled and Assemble is a very watered down version of its predecessor
Yeah I feel your pain. To be honest, of the 3 not so good marvel cartoons, I think this is the better one.
MachPunchXLII i actually think this was one of the better Avengers Assemble episodes, i feel like there was actual progression which is more than i can say for most episodes, they even had a really touching character moment between Cap and Tony i have to admit i didn't think this show had it in it. you need to let EMH go its over and its not coming back, the best thing we can do is try to let the new creative team know what they are doing right so maybe we can at least make the show we do have better
Toonfatale I understand that EMH will not come back. ever. All I'm hoping for is that since this show took over, at least the formula for EMH should've been kept. EMH worked as a series, it introduced a huge chunk of Marvel history (characters and stories), something that could help the MCU. The problems I have with this show is that they're trying very hard to be consistent with the MCU that it limits progression (character, story, dialogue). Aantagonists like AIM, villains like MODOK were barely there.
That being said, I do agree that this particular episode rocked my boat a little bit.
This episode actually made me smile, it had heart, and what you said, progression.
That's what Assemble needs, it doesn't hurt to show some conflict/actual dialogue between the cast.

EMH was great in all but this version seems to be alot better cause there introducing character that i never knew from the comics. Maybe its because i don't read allot of comics
EMH introduced way more characters. This show pretty much has the same 5 villains on repeat with a few exceptions. and there havent really been any other heroes that show up (with the exception of the GOTG that one time).
I don't know what EMH you're referring to, but Earth's Mightiest Heroes had a butt-load more characters introduced than this

emh introduce a lot of characters that no one kows before, i include me, like graviton, female backlash, purple man, a lot of skrulls and kree characters, a lot of alien chacters, characters from the present and the past, and more, that show was awesome..

Actually, you know what would’ve been interesting? If the stone had sent Iron Man to a dystopian timeline where Thanos won and he could learn how to stop him when he reappears. But no, the limit of the storytelling ability of the screenwriters were “turn Iron Man into a whiny, annoying kid”. An entire universe of comics at their direct disposal, but no, they choose to make everything look like the MCU. Even the storylines became so much like the MCU eventually.

i really love this episode since in episode 1&2, 6 and this, i like how this stories going on, in epiosde 5 their show the end with another trouble with nighthawk is escaped, and this story is good, i've a ffeeling with it, and the end of this eps is cool, about the quotes their (cap and tony) said too, i hope this is getting getting much better in every epiosde!!

respect to source material (hulk can not become vampire - his body won't allow poisons, Thor is immune to so many thing - he cannot be "Hulked Out", Red Hulk must use heat for example (agents of smash series))
respect to the audience
no stupid below the belt, fart, puke, food, stomach ache, burp jokes (like new spider-man and hulk agent of smash cartoons have - wrong, those cartoons are entirely consist of these jokes)
mostly interesting plot lines, character development,

+PurpleGamingStuff I can't tell you enough how sick I am of this "It's for kids" angle. We know it's for kids! That doesn't mean there shouldn't be standards. Why does the dialogue have to be so generic and immature? Just because it's for kids that doesn't mean it can't also be well written, well voiced, well animated, etc.
I feel like the episode is gonna end with someone who sacrificed themselves for the team and gets transported to a different era.
