Y al momento de inprimirlo en 3d sale en tamaño real de un kunai?

En realidad va a depender de las medidas que les des, o de lo que llames tamaño real. Tene en cuenta que las medidas que utilizas son en milímetros, es decir que si haces una hoja de 100, esta va a medir 10cm cuando la imprimas en 3D (obviamente siempre que no lo escales). Como consejo, podes seguir el tutorial, exportar en STL y luego en el programa Slicer (para imprimir en 3D) revisar que la medida final sea la que vos quieras y sino agrandar o achicar según lo que prefieras.
