Well SouFlo, I am in my 70’s now and can still dance to how I saw Elephant Man dance “Pon The River” My Kids and Grandkids ask me “ Grandma where U get Ur Energy from” I tell them that “The Dumpling, Dashene and Yam has Not Reached My Toes As Yet” Lol. No Lies SouFlo I am Blessed With a Lot of Energy at My age. When I go to Family or Friends Get Together, they are telling me “Go Dance No Man” I always Love to Dance, until now. I worked the 7pm to 7am Shift, and if I am off that night, sometime during the day I put the Music on and Trust Me I am Dancing. I tell my Family, Don’t tell me that I am Old, say that I am getting “Older” as we All Are.
22 years ago I took my 5 year old grand daughter to Ja from the US. Until now at 27 years old she still remembers the Bogle Dance. I think at that time Elephant Man was just coming Out. He had Performed at Winifred’s Beach in Portland at that time. Of course she begged to lift her up so that she can see him. What a Very Nice day that was. When he Performed “Pon The River, Pon The Bank” Oh My Good Memories.

Yes I have High Blood Pressure,but it is under Control for Years now. Thanks Be to God, Both sides of my Family, meaning on my Mom and Dad side does Not suffer from Cancer. From childhood until now my Dad was the Only one with Diabetes. None of us immediate kids got that. Praise and Thanks Be To God For My Good Health.
I have seen where older women with younger men works on so many occasions. My grandmother was 9yrs older than my grandfather 50+yrs until de.ath they part. A female family member 10yrs older and if I have to date someone so insecure like he is as a younger man then forget it, they 15yrs in with kids and I know a lot more. Sometimes it's the age a next time it's maturity
