+Steve Williams I think I got line twists on two of the static jumps. I definitely got it on the the first jump, about 4 or 5 twists. But yeah they told me it was pretty common with static jumps. At least from my experience it wasn't too bad though. I got out of it pretty quickly. I think now with the static line jumps, a different technique is used (at this drop zone), but I don't know if that has anything to do with decreasing line twist occurrences though, but maybe :)
I can't say for sure if it's the exact same now but yeah it was that when I did it. After the 5th jump (AFF) I think it was 3 jumps at non full altitude (ie, 6000 ft, 8000 ft) and then the rest were all at 14000 ft.

Is the course four static line jumps and then one "AFF" jump followed by the remainder being solo freefall from progressive altitudes?
