He was so messed up that the Band had to replace him with a guy who looked like him for half a year one time and they literally pretended like nothing was happening and never spoke of it again. They are a MESS!

The opposum as far as I'm aware is his, as is the pigeon and the chicken, so they're probably dirty but he at least knows how to avoid getting diseases. He also has 2 rheas, 2 dogs, some ducks, more chickens and pigeons, a kangaroo and other animals. Also, rabies is extremely rare in opposums so he wouldn't have to worry about that.

I know multiple people who've lived in rougher areas that needed to carry their supplies in transparent rucksacks/sidebags to try and prevent people bringing in weapons since its a lot easier to screen 20 see through bags then it is to check them if they arent. Ive only ever known it to be implimented temporarily, but its definitely a thing. In a weird way, its just like how my school had a rule on trasnparent pencil cases during exams, same principle, just the rucksack one is far more extreme, Thats not to say it happens in all schools, and i know a few that do singular days like yours, but it definitely is a real thing and a method that has been used for crime prevention (most commonly for drugs, theft and weapons)

The video was likely taken on a School Spirit day during a Homecoming week where one of the dress up days was to carry your stuff in anything but a backpack. I’ve seen many other schools doing this in the USA this past year, so it’s not for the reason you’re thinking.

Most opossums can't carry rabies. It's extremely rare for an opossum to have rabies because their internal body temperature is very low and the disease can't survive. Also backpacks aren't banned in any schools, it was a school spirit day where they had to use anything but a backpack
Backpacks are banned in SOME schools, probably larger schools in cities I assume. That clip did look like a school spirit thing though, because the reason backpacks were banned was because you can’t see what’s inside, so only clear backpacks/item carriers are allowed.
