Made 2 years ago but exactly what I needed to hear today. I need to set a goal to consistently leave my trades to play out, I always cash out too soon before it hits my tp and leaving profits on the table plus more beyond my tp
As a trader my process goal is to keep my minimum average profit per trade more than maximum average loss per trade by diligently following trade style that suits my trading personality.
Okay, I'm now at peace knowing that I've already set my goals properly and can set my goals over and over again after achieving those goals. Thanks for this video, this helps me and motivates me a lot to start trading with real money.

Hi there, did you learn your trading expertise from trading for someone else in london, and then left your job to trade independently? Wondering what kind of education and training you get when trading for a big bank, vs learning completely on your own.
I learned to trade on my own, but my education elsewhere helped me to build on that. E.g. my university degree helped me understand even more about the financial markets, economics, valuing assets and quantitative stuff. The area of banking I worked in was wealth management and private banking, so it's about looking at clients' overall wealth and deciding where/how money should be invested, any lending they need etc. So it also helped with understanding investing and portfolio management. But the main parts of trading I learned by myself over many years. - Nicholas

Nick, thanks can you please give me a template based on SMB Playbook. How can I create a similar system.
I trade FX Sessions, Trend Pullback
Sorry, I'm not familiar with SMB playbook. This should help with building a system though: th-cam.com/video/ULDSZA-nq0U/w-d-xo.html
