Know that an intention to kill might not be present but reckless driving leading to the death of another is a serious offence. A jail term is usually given in such instances. The area where the accident happened is likely to be a 30mph or 20mph road so such a grievous accident can only happen when someone was negligent/reckless.

And everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court, even when the facts appear to clearly point to guilt. I love Lilwin, but I was happy to see the police arrested and arraigned him, and soon he will be tried in court. To be honest, I was not sure it would even go that far, so I am proud of the Ghana police and legal system for doing the right thing. As sad as the facts are for all involved, at this point it appears Lilwin will face prison time for this crime, although it was not premeditated and it is his first offense, so he may not be sentenced to prison.

In the first place after the accident there was no cast on his neck and just when he was about to be arrested at the hospital a cast appeared on his neck with bandages all over his body which wasn’t there immediately after the accident when he went to his premier.
He just removing the cast on his neck after the so called miracle confirms he was pretending all this while to gain sympathy with the justice system. This proves it was all settings and acting. I pity those who fell for his act in the first place. He has no remorse for his actions. Smh

He has made a lot of mistakes in the way the whole situation is being handled but no one is talking about the fact of the child’s father having him in the front seat. What happened was a tragedy but total blame cannot be given only to lil win.
