The closet looks fantastic, my brother-in-law worked for a closet organization company and the cost is astronomical for a custom closet, you and handy hubby did it on a dime and it will work well for a boy growing up.

I definitely love the bookshelf in the closet. I did that years ago for VHS tapes. (I'm dating myself, lol). That way they weren't taking up space in the living room. It was a very large shelf and we mounted it to the wall. It had a lot of cubbies. I think it used to be in an elementary school. I really miss my kids being little at home. Enjoy the days with them. The days are long, but the years are short. Sigh....

I just refreshed our dining room/school room with new bins. I went to our local new and used store and got old wooden crates and baskets to add to our bookcases to put books in to help organize and add a cute touch to the place. Next room is my bedroom, all my kids' rooms, and our hallway linen closet. :)

I am struggling with ideas because our space is small and we all seem to collect way too much clutter somethings get discarded but the things we keep even if just for a little while still leaves us needing better storage and organization ideas.
