This was very helpful! I was afraid I needed to buy an easy press and wasn't ready to fork out money for it, having already bought my mini press. THANK YOU!
Alot more work with the mini but glad to see the end result is just as good as with the bigger presses. Thanks for sharing and also the great tips given!
Hi! This was a really helpful video! I was beginning to think making t-shirts meant having a big easy press. Have you tried washing the t-shirt yet? Any changes to the htv since?
Hi! I just started making t-shirts for my daughters softball team, its her 1st year playing sports and were the only family who doesnt have ANY shirts to wear to support our girl!!?!? And the team does sell merch BUT its 131$ or MORE to buy hoodies and all that, so i decided to start making them myself!! What all do i need?? I have the critcut mini, what else do i need???
I think I would lose the will to live if I had to do it that way. When I started out I was using the Mini because I happened to be doing a very small area on the front and on the back it was a long but thin area.
@@DesignBundles I'm still doing test beds as i'm still training. I did an black HTV Cheshire Cat with a sublimated (onto cut out laminate lettters saying "Keep Smiling" underneath. The kitty went to plan for the most part, but the laminate letters I cut out didn't quite line up with the sublimation paper (It don't look right, but it could have gone worse.

Thank you Sue!
OK but why the highest heat setting? I'm using PU leather (pleather). Which setting should I use?

HTV will hold up as long as it pressed with the correct times and temp according to the HTV. - Brittany
If you have an ironing press you can also use that as well.
Thanks for the tip!
Do you work with vinyl only? Or you work with other materials like cardstock , lether, fabric etc compatible with cricut machines
We work with all different materials! 😊
Can you use the cricut mini also on canvas projects?
You sure can! - Brittany
Wondering what you use to put under the tshirt or project when using the mini easy press.
Hi there! When I use my mini easy press, I use a heat mat like this: www.amazon.com/Cricut-2004475-EasyPress-Mat/dp/B074S8SNZN - Dawn
@@DesignBundles are you required a mat?
@@DesignBundles would any of the sizes be fine?

You need heat transfer vinyl and a home Iron or a heat press. That awesome we always made our own as well
@@DesignBundles thank u so much!!!!! And thanks for all ur videos they are helping me ALOT!!!!
What can I use in place of a cricut mat?
What are the reasons for HTV to pucker at the edges?
Hi April! If the HTV is puckering at the edges, it can be because the heat was too high. - Dawn 🙂
Puedo hacer todo eso con un tshirt dry fit?
¡Hola! ¡Gracias por mirar hoy! Sí, puede usar HTV con camisas dry fit.
Is the design vinyl? Also can I do it on a Cricut Joy??
It is HTV, yes. You could you just have to make sure you size it and divide pieces right so it fits your mat
Where can you get those designs?

It definitely does take a little longer with the mini since it is smaller.

What if I don’t have a mat yet?
Which Cricut machine do you have? -Brittany
I used a regular iron and it went bad
Oh no! What happened? Do you think it was just the temperature or maybe the amount of time it was pressed? - Dawn
