The last day I made sweet potato cake with cream cheese .

Ingredients
Pan size 18cm
4 egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice
120g sugar
4 egg yolks
120g all purpose flour
1/2 salt
30g oil
0g milk
1/2 tea spoon vanilla extract
Sweet potatoes filling
Sweet potatoes 700g
Unsalted butter 20g
Sugar 15g if you want taste sweet you can use 25g
Cream cheese 70g
Whipping cream 100g
Whipping cheese frosting
Cream cheese 70g
Icing sugar 20g
Whipping cream 300g
Preheat oven 150 degree bake in 35 to 40 minutes.
