hi, heal ADHD and anxiety? big claim, stress reduction yes, but it takes more than budgies singing to heal stress related disorders. i like them for my birds great singing- helps them all get along, though too much is annoying.

    why is their cage covered?

@@stalinsuxcoxnhell I have had tropical birds all my life, and this is such bs. They should feel comfortable in the (large!) cage you put them and not have them exposed to unnatural light to much or to directly. And the cage should be ventilated and cleaned properly.

@@stalinsuxcoxnhell no not a fight and your answer is not correct. Next to having my own parakeets, I work as a volunteer in a shelter where also birds arrive. When they are found the are put in a cage on the wall, where they only have a front which is not covered. Then after two weeks when they are healthy the are put in huge cages with their kind of birds. No wall, no cover, nothing. And if possible (not to afraid of humans) the can fly around for a while in the huge room to train their wings. This concerns parakeets cockatiels, lovebirds and so on. All birds with a crooked beak. And people who want such a bird to take him with them, need to provide the bird(-s) certain living-circumstances. You my dear would not be allowed to take one home, because we do not consider such living-conditions suited for them, we offer them much, much more.

Birgitta van Blitterswijk I cover my bird’s cage with just the front open and bottom cropped. When I walk into my room suddenly they are not startled. My house is also colder than I would like for them so it helps to hold in heat for my babies. The cage door is always open for them to fly freely.

@@cherrieash2084 I'd ignore that troll. I've deleted my comments and won't read any more of its bs.

@@cherrieash2084 The troll does not actually own birds or any kind of expert (my daughter owns many parakeets and suggested its either that troll does not own tropical birds OR --> IS NOT TAKING CARE OF THEM PROPERLY -- or it should know the fundamentals and how to google "Bird Cage Cover" which are sold to bird owners. What a spazz with its BS trolling and trying to pick fights.
