Merci, bien fait, instructif - Il manque le commentaire sur le Moulin à vent, le Saint Amour, Fleurie... et les producteurs que vous pouvez recommander.
Thanks for sharing your wonderful insight. It has helped me start my journey to Beaujolais. I had a bottle of common B. and I couldn't put it down. So glad I discovered a wine I can really enjoy.
YUM! Sounds delicious and while many people say Pinot Noir goes with Pork, I also love Beaujolais because of its softer acidity than Pinot Noir. Good call!

Thank you for the wine education, we are slowly trying each varietal and terroir.
These wines are always best to serve a little cooler than room temperature, setting them on ice (not in ice) an hour before serving is a good idea!
Good Work.
Beautifully done 1
Interesting, even for a french like me. Tip : we don't pronounce the "s" at the end, so we say "Chéna" and "Juliena".
Love you.......
Expecting FedEx to deliver this pack some time today! Can't wait! :D
Would love to hear what you think! ;)
Bogg standard Beaujalias and village ha gone up in price a lot and is not worth the money. CRU could be a exception?
I find it so under the radar for the average consumer just like I think Italian wine is under the radar.
Only for chicken or duck? No, you got that wrong. These wines go well with anything you like.
Working my way through these wines slowly. Chenas is next. Seems like this will stand up to some fat. How about with a pan fried pork chop?

And,I'll bet they all taste like.......red wine.
