Great Word as always. God does hear & honor silent prayers. Ask those who are mute & utilize sign language to communicate. He honors those groanings & mumbles & even stores our tears (Scripture says so) & moves to answer & work.

What if you’re unable to speak
I adore you. But I do not agree with this message if someone is listening to this and cannot speak they’re going to think they can’t pray
Some of the most powerful breakthroughs I’ve had in prayer for other people has been in my weeping with Christ with no words coming out of my mouth
I had been praying silently to the Lord one day over a VERY HEAVY MATTER and the next day a friend told me she had a strange dream…and in the dream….God spoke back to her my words in the prayer EXACTLY word for word that i had prayed and answered it. God def hears your prayers even if you don’t say them audibly!!!
I agree, God has answered and replied to my silent prayers all the time. However I think maybe Perry is saying that speaking out prayers has more weight or power (I think against the enemy especially), because scripture does say we are to speak life with our words, and the power of life and death are in the tongue, and in the beginning God spoke everything into existence, and Jesus is the Word made flesh. So I think that's what he's trying to emphasize, not so much God can't or won't hear our silent prayers. Scripture also says God knows our hearts, so if He already knows my heart on a matter, why pray about it? For all reasons above, plus to show our faith and just continue that relationship with Him and communicate and turn to Him.
