Now there trying to find every bit of evidence the lawyer is not guilty and cant find it and she will get away with it.

Curious as to whats the rule for the players that got ocean dumped? Are they RP locked from their characters? Or do they just "wake up" on the beach after some time.
Essentially an ocean dump makes the character forget everything that happened that day. They no longer know who attacked them, how they went to the hospital any of that. But they are not locked out of the character
if they get ocean dump and cant ask for help they either wait there till server reset or respawn to hospital which will then erase their memory of what happened that day, or they wait till someone fund them and still regain their memory but they gonna need to wait until they get found. for example someone got ocean dump but the crim didnt throw him deep enough he waited there for 6hrs until they found him

@@skympii6734 Ye, but I would say that if you have to wait in the water for 6 HOURS to get rescued then you should have memory loss regadless of if you are found or not. 1 hour or so sure, but 6 hours is just ridiculous.

Yeah, police also get notified if shots are fired from a specific car, and what plates that car has. They're also alerted to robberies before the alarm even goes off. I mean, in a world where everyone gets pressed for snitching, it helps to have some local robots giving notifications to police, because otherwise it would be boring, but for the most part they're aware of most crimes in the city, even when they shouldn't be.

Ruth told the other captains after the court case that if/when people have things planted on them, they’ll take into account character as the most important thing and that she was happy K was found guilty. Even when K had a clean record 💀 PD is a joke. They automatically thought K was a criminal from the get go.

@@Athasinit was not about reasonable doubt. There is no doubt he had it, the real problem is the wording on that law. The "reasonable doubt" should have been the cops using discretion and good police work. The law should something like willfully possessing.
@@discrtidunkwn Dude, you don't even know what you're talking about. When you _knowingly_ possess something and consider it to belong to you, that's CONSTRUCTIVE possession. When something is planted on you, that's not CONSTRUCTIVE possession and legally you are not held responsible for possessing it.
There was a ton of doubt that K had CONSTRUCTIVE possession of the gun because of how poorly the cops investigated and managed the scene.

Not sure what this is about with Siobhan constantly going off on "Republicans" being "letter of the law". Republicans are traditionally originalists, going by the original intent of law, constitutional or otherwise.. aka the spirit of the law. Democrats, on the other hand, often try to reinterpret existing law based on shifting definitions and perceptions, and view the constitution as a "living document" in that regard.
The "Republican" response to K's situation would generally be that "possession", by legal definition (Possession in Law), infers both knowledge and control of an object. Because police could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that K knew about, controlled, or utilized that pd firearm at any given time, as he was incapacitated (shot in the head) when found, as well as testimony that it was planted, and obvious motives for his assailants to plant a weapon, the case would not have even made it to court by any sane district attorney.
i think the beach would have been a perfect time for K to have had her shoot the body that K had knifed so that there is evidence that she shot someone instead of just shooting randomly in the hills, but either way this was clean AF

It also would put her character in a position of being told to kill someone so it goes in the area if it would be NVL if she tries to instead shoot the captors and escape or just have a reason for characters moral purposes to not do it at all and buy time. So it is also just easier/quicker to make her shoot whatever.. to just get the gsr-positive on her to tie the gun to her. The gun is already dirty and tied to other shootings or illegal or whatever might be the case.

This isnt a glaring indictment of PD and PD bias. This is a a glaring indictment of Admin and server bias against CG. For years they've hinted at the admin staff being unapologetically against CG and now CG is exposing's that bias and toxicity through RP in 4k.

@@JumpShotHD they raided her, they putting off charging her. They have 30 days to do so, apparently they finally know officer discretion for charging. To be fair, she got much better cops than K. I have a feeling some judge will say you need to charge her or you set up the PD for targeted prosecution or malicious prosecution for veering off established patterns.

I would assume most people, including myself, who see her on someone elses stream assumes thats not her real voice. So many people use different voices. If they knew it was real, some wouldn't be so critical of it. Of course some wouldn't care either and make fun one way or the other.
