Russ & Braith, thanks for this one. Braith Anasta is honestly hands down one of the most authentic men in rugby league media at this point in time. His playing career was exceptional and now his work with Fox is continuing his great work. Seeing these two weapons talk about the good stuff and real subjects is so beneficial and I will say, much appreciated.

Braith's old man was a nice bloke. Gutted the community when he passed. I was glad to see Braith do well in footy, even if uncle George gave me crap for being a Saints supporter in Maroubra.

The work Braith does by being authentic and cutting through the bullshit is second to none. We all hear "mental health" all the time now like it's almost a new trendy thing to empathise with, but, Braith DOES stuff. Every time I've even messaged the bloke to say "hey man good luck on 360, and keep it up" ... the man takes the time to say "thanks brother" These are the people that walk the walk. Never met them, but thank god for the internet. Men being vulnerable? They have helped me. They honestly, have helped me.
