nice reviews i finally finished building mine, proper sanding on tight parts and i used nail polish on slightly loose parts, now its a solid build awesome
question here cuz I'm stumped between getting either an original MG Freedom 2.0 or a bootleg MGEX SF for my first MG. I love what they did with the MGEX but it's too dang expensive, so, which specific parts need sanding and any other issues should I look out for while building if I ever prompt to get the bootleg MGEX instead?
For me if your getting MG for the first time ! get first the Freedom 2.0 only J4 parts are too fragile .. While on MGEX SF have issue even on original and bootleg specially on the joints on the wing parts you'll need metal parts on that
Thanks for the review. Do you have any tips for me who just started building Daban etc kits regarding sanding parts? Bcs im afraid of sanding too much.
Already have the Bandai version, tho it status haven't changed from backlog 😂. Planned to buy this one just to snapfit and give it to my kid, but from what i read here that the plastic too brittle, it tends to break, then it's a money wasted then, prefer buy new MB version SF Daban then

@@jllahobby I agree to this. For me, the point of k.o. kits are they're a lot more cheaper than their bandai counterparts. If you don't have enough for the original, this kit is already good enough. The original is around 180-200$ This particular kit is 60$ if i remember correctly. Not bad imo.

YES, But if you assemble it there's no f10 needed at all
@@jllahobby so it means that f10 part is a joke, noted

be patience, accept the fact that for every bootleg kit have issues, buy foam type sanding kit with different grit. Thanks
any update on the wing part that you bought if the metal fits on the one you broke?
Yes I already bought it and fits good ..
my second video with wing of light have metal parts already

Daban is yet to release one and I doubt it'd be as good.
Does the plastic feels like breaking with no effort? Or is it safe to pose freely?
It is playable only the inner frame needs effort to sand I think this kit is still worth it
@@jllahobby good to know

Is this as good as bandai?
No. I have it. The plastic is brittle. The wings on mine broke even though i handel it with care. Same with the v-fin it broke
Joke question 😂
