I heard this gem From a video game called fallout 3 when i was a kid back in 2008. Man im glad this song brings up core memories of me playing fallout 3 and being with my friends. This song is something special and will always be something special. And its still very popular today.
@@DjKhaleeb04this is because certain radio stations were racist and wouldn't credit the name of the band if it wasn't a white band, so they developed this intro so people would always know it was them even when times arose where the radio wouldn't advertise them
Rob is all over it again he always covers a very wide range of music and fab songs love the way the Ink Spots use that opening loads but like Whispering Grass. Thanks Rob 👍
Thank you just got back into playing guitar been playing for the past 7 years and stopped recently over lockdown nothing like a challenge to get you up to speed like the c7 chord lol
@@mosesnavarrette5388that's wild, you're comment just reminded me of this video, I need to get back into it but yeah this is definitely a good first song to practice
Last night I met someone who could play really good, now I'm fired up and wanna learn harder sound that I love, Jazz is gonna be a challenge but it sounds so good
Wow! I am totally impressed. He's very thorough in his explanations and demonstration. His method takes a lot of the fear and mystery out of learning new chords on the guitar. Fantastic! WIll subscribe.
Loved it ! My dad had a shirt career in the 40’s and did some Ink Spot songs . “ If I didn’t care “ , The Gypsy! Was a few I remember he sang around the house ! Thanx ! Gona try to learn this one!
i enjoyed your singing and playing very much. i love this song, it was used on an add, i think it was, back in the 80's and i loved it from that moment on.
ive been playing for almost 1 year and i still struggle to change between bar chords, but i guess i just have to keep practicing :) thx for the great tutorial!
@@alexastaniotis6924 i have no trouble playing bar chords any more!! this is my 3rd year playing guitar and i feel like if during this year i've advanced more than ever i know everyone says the same but really it's all just practice, if you repeat something enough times it will eventually become part of your muscle memory i recommend you trying to practice at least 15 min every day, that's way more useful than playing for idk 4 hours but just one day of the week i promise that the more you learn the more enjoyable it gets!!! i wish u good luck and keep practicing

I confess to arriving here via the Prime Fallout trailer. Such a great song, so embedded in my brain by far, far too many hours wandering the Fallout3 wastelands. I owe you a few caps for this rendition (or a spare stimpack if you prefer?) that I really need to learn. Excellent work, thanks!
Talking to myself, which isn't a good habit, but what IS a good habit is finding songs we love that force us out of our comfort zone. And this lesson is such a great one for that. There are many ways to cheat and make it sound "ok", but then I listen to it again and want to make it better. Love this song. Love your interpretation. And I especially love the fact I'm already a slightly better guitarist today than I was yesterday, thanks to this. 👍
Preparing for the nuclear apocalypse by learning this song. It will be needed when we gather around campfires after hunting some Radroaches.
It’s near…
XD same maybe we both can do it together

The intro section also applies to every song the ink spots have ever played
Haha, I’ve noticed 😂
it’s because it was their thing. when you heard it you would likely go “inkspots”
