Is it applicable for every time to take product of the divisor 2 and 3 times?
It is just for sake of convenience. In case a person already knows the entire multiplication table of the Divisor, then he/she need not take the select multiples.

I kinda feel this is easy but when u talk about the dots, I don't get what are u telling. Our teacher said that the dots are the decimal point. So, I didn't get what were u telling about the dots (I am in level 5 and do not understand a single thing our teacher tells me about 2 digit division. I asked one of my friends and she said she left aloha for not understand ing.)
The Division on Abacus procedure that I am using is a little different than what most institutes teach. I found that one complicated to understand. Hence I simplified it. I would suggest that you watch & understand the Division procedure for 1-digit divisor sums to get a grip of my method. That way it would be simpler for you to understand the method with 2-digit divisors. You will find all my Division on Abacus videos in the following Playlist.
