Those blower motors have little brushes in there that last about 4000 hrs on our loader tractor. I took them apart and the brush was wore off to nothing. I'll bet the brushes are shot on that one also. Thanks for taking us along.
Great video Andy! You know having surpassed 100K and full-time farming maybe you could get a secretary or two part-time secretaries. Better yet all three.
Hello Andy, Has someone been complaining that your videos are too long. I'm asking because lately, you haven't been showing the complete repair. I like watching the complete repair. Love the videos, keep up the good work, and stay safe.
Tks for sharing another great video.. Ummm.. The hired hand walks up. With a drink in his hand and watches the Boss working. I need a job like that... lol
Man those trailers are badass.. I can't get over the size of the chain in that thing. The hydraulic plumbing for the tailgate is pretty slick to I like that. I wonder if the gravel guys could use them? Seems rugged enough
Jared putting some hurting on jnr for the mullet competition there 😂😂 should have a lil fund raising fun with the crew for best mullet and get sponsorship for shave for a cure or something like that, could see ya crew having some fun with it. My crew did mo-vember afew years ago and thought be lucky to get hundy bucks but cranked it just shy of grand and had a great time with it
Nice trailer but why did they put the grease fittings for the rear roller shaft there and no seals on the crain drive boors another stupid design. What did that thing cost not cheap I am sure.
Bright side .....you didn't start a fire from welding in a hay field , I know most of us that repair equipment have done it , just saying wise choice when you can !!!
Its good to see a New York dairy farm still thriving
Thanks for sharing Hollywood I mean Andy😊😊
Thanks Andy, good job in the shop of coarse. Can't wait to see what you do to the truck in the next bay. !

Happy Sunday, Andy
Definitely need to get the straight pipes on the W900 it’s silage season lol
Great video, Andy! JD Engineers think they are like God. Neither puts grease fittings where you need them. 😮
Thanks Andy 👍
Good luck with your new mass trailer andy enjoyed the video thanks
Nice.
For how many acres that heads been over the paint on it is pretty good yet.
Never a dull moment
That is one big rose bud tip
Need to get those wheels on the W9 polished in your spare time 😱
Great video your good man and take care of equipment it shows. But that wheel seizing up can happen easily.
Good job
Hello Andy,

Check rest of bars for cracks.Leave cam follower on. If bars are cracked weld them up they will last longer.
Don't worry about the sticker
Hollywood, looks fine 😂

Have you ever heard of talking the greese fitting out & using a port a power to force hyd. Fluid in while working the pin to make it take greese again
Yes some times you can pull the threads out
Thanks Andy very informative too job 🚜🚛🚜🚛🚜🚛
Is that Charlies new truck? love the videos ANDY
I dont have a dairy cow one but I find myself wanting a trailer like that. 🤷♂️
I thought you said you would take some water fire extinguishers.I have a bunch
That chopper must be one of the tallest pieces of equipment to be in the shop...not much room to the cieling when your on top of the cab lol..
👀🙄🐾👍Great video Andy no New Chopper?
No
Good video Andy
Time for a new hay head for chopper ???
Nah
Do you ever put used oil on the chains on the trailers
Probably would cause the haulage to stick and cause increased wear.
Andrew picked up a bucket handle a while back !!!
Wrong machine
Smoke wrench don't stop
I'd keep the decal, it's a couple of degrees off bubble, like yourself. LOL
So, it wasn't a mongrel, nor even a booger to replace it?
Is that the weelee bike?😆 Florida Joe
is the chopper also the combine ?
Two separate machines do different functions.
wonder who is the proud owner of the s class mercedes.
tell Tim not to run this one backwards when he hooks it up lol
Nice trailer but why did they put the grease fittings for the rear roller shaft there and no seals on the crain drive boors another stupid design. What did that thing cost not cheap I am sure.
Why not use a big air hammer to knock the pin instead of the big sledge?
Save your lower back from nightmarish pain.
MAS trailers!.... GO Texas!
Just leave it that’s what makes it a bit more special never see the goof up at 65 mph any way lol
True
👍
👍🚜
You are sounding somewhat tired.
I’m always tired
No fooling me. I know you just put sticker on the old one. 😆
Can you try another backflip on your electric bike please 😂
I think one was enough at his age.
Bright side .....you didn't start a fire from welding in a hay field , I know most of us that repair equipment have done it , just saying wise choice when you can !!!
How many cows do you milk a day..?
1900
@@FarmingFixingFabricating That's alought of Cows. Thank you for letting me know..
Leave the Hollywood alone.
Fix the “W” while your at it… Hollywood is one word so you don’t need the capital W
Why worry about it
Lol. I kept looking at that thinking it was spelled wrong but it wasnt. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. You got it. I Just couldnt pick that up.
