Okay so I just had a septonasal reconstruction 2 weeks ago and the best decision I ever made!! Can already breathe better and had legit no pain in the nose (granted I did have tonsils taken out in the same surgery), but I know it is a stretch, but Dr. Derek Jones in Pensacola FL is seriously the best, with everything from consultation to bedside manor to just an overall person!!!
As a certified Neuro Transformation Therapy coach I second what she said, focus on the actions consistently vs the "loss" and "numbers" you will trauma bond yourself to the process of losing weight and never being happy if you don't

Don’t focus on the weight. Think about ADDING healthy habits to your routine or diet such as an evening walk, or adding some more veggies.
