Honey badger hates the IH closing wheels. They don’t firm the seed in well enough and are hard to dig into to find the seed for checking. I think it has a slightly better stand vs the IH wheels. Planned to do the other 5 but just haven’t got around to it.
just got a 900 cyclo myself as a start up farmer. what air pressure did you run the cyclo at for planting? found myself fighting with that non stop. i did beans this year
OK what I would like to know is how an you go from running international equipment (best ever) to running johndeere what would make a person take such a step backwards to run such a undesirable machinery?
I have nothing against any other equipment brand. For us Deere is the closest, we’ve had good experiences, and to me they seem the most up to date and ergonomically sound.
when I was a kid we ate what we called field corn when it was young and tender, never heard of sweet corn
I have heard people eating field corn or what we call commercial corn early in the season
What's the story behind the one deere closing wheel on the planter, any difference in how seed comes up?
