I’ve used the butter incorporated into my cinnamon and sugar before only to have it caramelize like crazy. However, when I do it like you are doing here, with my brown sugar and cinnamon (OMG, TRY DARK BROWN) it turns out so much better. I use my sifter too when coating the dough with the yummy stuff. Y’all at 10:38, I started doing this tonight.
