    Got yourself a sub, since this is really a clean approach on cydras instead of going with the old 2 galaxy soldier on main

      Lol ik you said a lot there, but if you could unpack and explain why you think that, I'd appreciate it. I'd especially appreciate an explanation of why Pank is bad in Cydra. For the record, I side in Traps for going 1st rounds 2 or 3. Also, I do main 3x Jizukiru now instead of moon.

    Wouldn't it be better to play the machine kaiju over book of moon?? It feels as if it would help more unless you've tried it and it didn't work as well

  • @caliburns-4915
    @caliburns-4915 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Thoughts on switching pankertops with jizikuru, or possibly adding some jizikirus in side deck to play against kasthira?

    • @caliburns-4915
      @caliburns-4915 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Also what about switching relinquished with relinquished anima ( the link)? Not sure how to effectively use the relinquished fusion

    • @metaggrit
      @metaggrit  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The link can work, but trust me, the Fusion one is cracked. If you want to playing both is not a bad idea.
      As for Jizukiru, honestly you might be right about playing that card. Replace book of Moon for that. Both beat Kashtira, but in slightly different ways. Pank has to stay. He beats Kashtira, and he also beats There Can Be Only One.

    jizukiru and handtrap?

  • @caliburns-4915
    @caliburns-4915 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Would you add triple tactic talent and thrust? Or are they not required? Basically asking if someone has the extra money, should they add them? And how many of each?

    • @metaggrit
      @metaggrit  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I tried them and decided that they hurt the deck's ability to board break. The thing is both of those cards can lose to handtraps, and they require your opponent to have activated monster effects. They can't search some of the good cards either: Forbidden Droplet, Clockwork Night, ect. But There are times when they can come up for sure. I personally would rather see the card I need in hand to begin with than have to search or draw into it. So to answer your question: no, I would not add those cards even for a penny

      @@metaggrit Thanks, I was thinking the same, but kept on seeing others adding them in so had me questioning myself.

    Very OTK build. I like it. How are you finding the interaction between clockwork and chimera? Does it just come down to making a choice, or do you have a way of playing around chimera not allowing you to use your opponent’s non-cyber monsters as fusion material the turn you search power bond with chimera?

    • @metaggrit
      @metaggrit  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can Clockwork wipe your opponent's board the same turn you use Cyberdark Chimera. You simply have to summon Chimeratech Fortress Dragon before you activate Cyberdark Chimera.

    • @Chris-xl3jx
      @Chris-xl3jx ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@metaggrit Oof. I must be confused. Does Chimera’s effect that says you can only use dragon or machine cyber monsters as fusion materials this turn only apply AFTER you’ve searched Power Bond with Chimera? I thought it was for the whole turn that you could only use dragon or machine cyber monsters as fusion material, regardless of when Chimera’s search is used.

    • @metaggrit
      @metaggrit  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Chris-xl3jx it's a confusing card effect. But essentially you apply "the turn" part of Cyberdark Chimera's effect once you've activated it. I've actually had this come up on simulators and asked the best Judge I know to explain it to me. Still confusing but works out good for the Cydra player

    And 2 wird things
    1 You play Galaxy Soldier in the side not the main deck....
    2 Why not running Super Poly....you play Panter Dragon.....
    Rest it's ok......pretty basic deck will give ur opponent the perfect opportunity to stop you in ur tracks.....Maybe try new things idk.....

    • @razielcroft-mo8ll
      @razielcroft-mo8ll ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Also you can also play Galaxy eyes Titanic sometimes since ur playng 2 Fortres Dragons the card its a limitation Infinity negates spells or on board effects and turns them into overlates so you can turn him into Zeus whenever you feel like it

    • @metaggrit
      @metaggrit  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Super Poly could be interesting in certain matchups. Not great at OTKs but could be an interruption going first. No Galaxy Soldier in the Main because it can't OTK. It uses too many resources to make only 1 negate. And it can get hit with Droll, Ash, Imperm, Veiler, or ogre and it's dead. Dupe can do what Galaxy does with only 1 card, and it can be stopped only by Ash. So far my opponents don't usually stop me in my tracks, I usually OTK them. Occasionally I get hands that don't match up well vs my particular opponent and I just lose that way. But hey, it's hard to build Cyber Dragons just right.
      Oh well, I guess you just don't like my deck. I'd recommend watching my Replays vid and using this deck tho. It's powerful and consistent. Thanks for the comment.

    • @metaggrit

      @@razielcroft-mo8ll Harbinger is a good card, but why would I play that in an OTK deck, especially if I have to use two monsters to get there? Wouldn't it be better to make Sargas to go into both Regulus and Zeus? That way I get an omni-negate and board wipe on the field at the same time.

    • @razielcroft-mo8ll

    • @metaggrit
      @metaggrit  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @razielcroft-mo8ll just watch my replays. There is a good variety of matchups and results. Several duels end up being a grind game. Decklist isn't exactly the same, however the most success has come with this latest build

    I personally don't agree with most of your points on having multiple cyber dragons being good. Cards like nacster and galaxy soldier are what make it decent although i agree power bond helps. Herz is not the better core either and if your plsying dupe it makes your point of drawing normal cyber dragon even worse. If you run no galaxy herz is way worse and it makes nacster, vier, and drei better cybers most of the time. I appreciate you making videos but your kinda sending misinformation that creates a false sense of security in bad hands. This is why I don't run machine dupe or 3 cyber dragon. I also think power bond is not bad card but with searchable cards in account you don't need power bond more than 2 especially if you run duality. Lastly clock work is great but I still think it's better at 2 especially if you run machine dupe cause it messes up your dupes and normally you wanna lead with clockwork to ensure you can clear your ops board. Forbidden droplet is super bad too cause this deck has very limited resources and very little grave effects and I hate you try to say it helps you grind when it almost ensures you have no grind game especially with no overload. Book of moon is decent but cards like droll, imperm, called by, ash, ghost ogre can do very similar things and on any turn minus called by. You could probably switch 3rd power bond for 3rd duality especially if you add galaxy soldier to chain block there ash and make cards like core even better since you can play around ash with Galaxy before summoning core if possible. Lightning storm amd pankertops are alright but things like jizukiru or evenly are better more often and can play around more/hurt your synergy less. Instant fusion is cool but if you run duality and want to more consistently have infinity you mys well just use galaxy especially since the attach effect feels like psnzars destroy effect minus losing a monster/1000 lp. You want cards like linkuribo too to make boards like infinity, almirage, linkuribo or too have more links to get herz to grave. Since you run fortress dragon and thereion you csn also play dingirsu but sargas is also good card. End dragon can be cool but most games you just got dead card. Running cyberload in side seems pointless, solemn judgement is kinda bad especially since cybers suck going first usually but machine dupe can help facilitate your idea. D.d crow sucks imo but tbh I do think of running it in side. I kinda rather play Lancea especially since it's a bit better with galaxy.

      @metaggrit I don't get how you can't follow my clear-cut explaining... but that probably explains why I don't get your points either cause you're too caught in your own world. Droplet is the only card I probably ripped on too hard while still thinking its bad, and I still think I stand by book of moon not being worth it, at least in the main. Oh and another reason why drawing multiple cyber dragons is bad in your build is you don't even run 1 of revsystem. I suppose in the context of your watered down build herz might be better than core but only due to poor deck design and not because I agree with you
