- Ingredients for making yogurt:
1 box of Ong Tho condensed milk 380g.
1 liter of unsweetened fresh milk.
300ml boiled water.
1.5 boxes of vinamilk yogurt (I like sweet so I use sweetened yogurt, anyone who doesn't like sweet can use unsweetened yogurt).
- Making:
Pour 1 can of Ong Tho milk into an aluminum pot (I don't brew it in a rice cooker or ice bucket), then add 300ml of boiling water and stir well until all the milk dissolves.
Continue to add 1 liter of fresh milk and stir well.
Wait until the milk mixture is just warm (I don't have a thermometer so try it yourself). I see many women say it's about 40-45 degrees Celsius, then continue to add yogurt and stir well.
- Note: everyone should leave the yogurt at room temperature for 30 minutes after taking it out of the refrigerator.
The final step is to take the lid and wrap a towel tightly around the aluminum pot.
I temper it in the oven: turn on the oven at 50 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes then turn it off. Make sure the oven is warm.
Then put the yogurt pot inside to ferment.
I incubated it for 8 hours. The finished yogurt product is soft and flexible. Very satisfied.
Finally mix yogurt with fruit jam.

Dung are you pregnant? You went to the hospital and we didn't know why...and now you have decided to stay with Grandma which is great. But I've noticed that Grandma is doing all the labor-intensive work again. Like hauling that banana tree stump and cutting it up to feed the chickens. Shouldn't you be doing that sort of work to help out Grandma, unless there is something else to consider. I really think Grandma overworks herself and that if there isn't a compelling reason to consider, then you should be doing the heavy lifting -- not Grandma.

@@Becca2572 No. They never answer straight on anything. Just saying she should be ashamed to let Grandma do all the hard work when she is a young strong woman.
