Hi! Great trip! I'd like to go on TMB in may, could you give me some tips? Do you had some uncomon troubles? What? Did you complete the whole circuit? Thanks a lot😊
Hey, sure :) First of all - you need to have snowshoes and be preparade for a wild camping, as everything is closed due to low-season. Take enough food and gas bottles, as water will be available only from snow. And be careful with sunny whether as it could initiate an avalanche. Only one "trouble" was, when we met a wolf near Rifugio Elisabetta - but he wasn't aggressive, we just went around him in a wide arc... We completed only half from (Chamonix to Courmayeur down way).
@@AnnaxEmpress Did you use microspikes? -5°C sleepbags would be enough for this period? was hard to keep on the paths, because of snow? Did you meet other people on the way? thanks for you attention!
Hi Matteo, no we hadn’t any additional equipment, and it was really hard to go for some moments - like 100 m uphill for around 1,5 hour. But it’s still possible. Please be really careful with snow :)
Hi Gary, as it’s not a season for TMB - all refuge was closed expect Bonhomme, so we just slept in tent most all the time. Please noticed, that’s for season time it’s allowed to do it only on >2000m height And no, we did only half - from Chamonix to Courmayeur
Thanks for sharing, this was a brilliant video!

Hi,
Thanks for sharing this video.
Are there any places/campsites open along the way to stock up some supplies?
Hello, yes there was a lot of the shops in the villages. But in mountains itself - no, cause most of refuges was closed
