Before walrein became jesus with the com day charge moves, Waterfall hit like a truck, but gave him the worst energy issues imaginable. I kinda want to see waterfall walrein return with icicle spear at least to be able to use one charge move per game
I actually run Waterfall/IS on my Great League Shadow Walrein. Hard wins or hard losses. Former is so satisfying though.
I think Walrein would have done much better with Water Pulse instead of the useless Blizzard. Still, Callum's battles were a joy to watch.

I always loved muddy water as a kid in ruby/sapphire/emerald. Even though it’s less accurate then surf & same damage, I loved that brown tidal wave animation. Also, I always run earthquake on my shadow queen, because of the 1 shot potential on registeel/stunfisk/bastiodon.

Came back to this video to say that I tried out this team but with the "correct" moveset (just 'cause I get this is a challenge thing). Watching this gave me a better idea of how to play Swampert. ^^; I already liked using all these guys anyways but I don't think I'd ever put them all on a squad together. Went from 2498 to 2612 in two sets which is a lot for me. ^^; I'm not gonna get my hopes up about hitting expert, but like...I'm gonna keep messing with this squad for a bit.
I kinda wanna build a Muddy Water Swampert for no reason though. 😆

Initially I tried sludge wave for the full nuke set, but I really needed at least one Pokemon to be able to bait & spam moves, even if it's an awful move.

@@DannyConcepts I’d guess in that situation they don’t have anything else in the back which could suitably farm down a RL Vic, so they throw the Charmer to make a nice dent. It’s when I was leading with Vic and they bail right away not knowing it’s Acid.

I'm confused at 3:11. He had one shield leftover and enough time to get enough energy to an earthquake and win the game, did he not???? I'm so confused here guys. Plus Registeel would take forever to reach zap cannon or focus blast which confuses me even more as to why he quit. Sorry guys but I am really inexperienced and would like to know if anyone can answer
Zap cannon debuffs my attack, so earthquake wouldn't have KO'd + Regi would barely outpace to the next move.

@@bigfudge2031 It's a good question. I guess it's useful when Hydro Cannon does neutral damage or is resisted. Mud shot hits harder and you can bank energy for Earthquake.
If you do this for UL run Goodra with Power whip and Sludge Wave.

I would say only if you've got enough candy to max it to at least level 40. Double move it & if you have nothing else more important to use a etm on.
