If he add the ressources and support of allies (He might be able to call in a few favours but not a lot, people probably wouldn't willingly help a vigilante or go against dangerous villains) that could slightly help his case but if we refer to his usual "situation" in fanfics (Broke + living in an appartement that as probably at LEAST 7 health violations) he would probably use all his cash for food or supplies to heal himself
