I've encountered a modder before in co-op. It was a Chongyun who was instantly killing the enemies in the domain. It was funny. I don't care enough to report people. Who knows maybe it was just Jonathan's Chongyun.
The way this player uses the same name as mine at my acc who also had a Ganyu whom I also used sometimes in coops had me alerted but luckily I don't have a Kokomi so guess i'm safe from acusations unless I decided to actually coop with random people which I rarely do nor never done any weekly bosses since the beginning of 5.0
Best thing to do is report their uid. Its cheating and wrong. Warning them wont stop them. They know the risk. They ignored it even modded sites tell them its risky.

mine does 18k-24k without melt and sometimes 50k-60k with melt (triple crowned and lv 90 r1 amos)
