I kinda still didn’t get the meaning of the card is it in a negative way like in need to focus more on my intuition or something else?

The 2 of pentacles upright can mean busyness, so if it's reversed it can mean not busy and in today's society we often can't tolerate not being busy because we value industriousness so much we can feel guilty or like we're doing the wrong thing but our soul doesn't care about industriousness. And if we are busy, we need structures and routines to support that, like making a schedule, but if you're really creative and nonlinear, you might not be able to force yourself to be on a schedule, you would have to just go with the flow. Edit: Trying to explain Anna's advice based on my moderate level of the tarot.
