I think modern “pop” (I put pop in quotes because I think that music genres are also continuing to diversify quickly, so Pop is the best word I’ve got, but it may not actually be the best one to use) music is doing a lot of innovative things with technology that’s physically impossible to recreate live.
As a tuba player, this was so sad to see so much low brass and no one even played. Its tough without a mouthpiece. Then the dancing with an upright concert tuba? I feel bad for those guys, them things are heavy.

I'm just saying this now I do like his singing but in a lot of his earlier live events he more focused on having fun rather than singing at his best. That can be seen as bad or good.
