To start with, Kelantanese food in my opinion has the least spicy level, it'd be easier for your palette. Nasi Kerabu, laksam are my choices. Chinese food has a variety of noodles that are not spicy too, and personally if halal, my go to food 😁
And if you want to try Indian food with not much spicy (but a lot of spices), you can try banana leaf rice. It'd mostly be vegetarian, but of course there are side dishes you can add on to it. Good luck!
There are many japanese residing in malaysia and they have their own youtube channel too,you can check it out.For first timer especially with children,it will take time to get use to the surrounding but as always children can adapt so fast so there no worry about that.
@@Hono_Malaysia Many camping, hiking, sport accessories and attires. They even sell swimsuits there. AEON shopping mall Seksyen 13 is not that far, maybe you can find Japanese cooking products at their supermarket. And yes, Shah Alam is segregated into many Seksyen.

i heard that when milo arrived in japan,they were huge success,every store sold it out..the nihongo really liked it.. also milo on every country is different taste,idk why, but mostly the condensed milk play alot of role on it..
Just to add to your knowledge, most of the workers in Mamak Restaurants are foreigners - Indian, Bangladeshi, Indonesian. Some can be found in petrol stations, construction site, plantation estates, household helps etc. They add to the multitudes of races in Malaysia.
