    Shaking is caused probably by an interference from the internal combustion engine. You should install ferrite beads (toroids) to cables leading to electronics components (power to RC receiver, from battery to motor regulators...) Also pwm signals from RC receiver should be filtered with simple RC filter (1K / 100n) placed as close as possible to the regulator). And check your groundig scheme - all electric grounds should be short and leading to one common point (screw) on the chassis. This should help.

      Oww you mean radio signal got interrupt by petrol motor..

      Aqwa, thanks for advice, Yes i disconected alternator and rc switch (on and off switch) and the problem stil remains.🤔

      @@aqwahomeengineering3960 Well, it is also possible. All of this strongly depends on arrangement of RC receiver.

    Maybe it needs 60amp motor driver.. or maybe the rpm for motor give the alternator to ganerate jerking current.. you know best.

    Those spasms feel like noisy pwm. imho. Fast forward and I am really worried about the spark plug and em noise from the combustion engine. Im working on a similar project, much less nice :) I am doing a 2 wheel drive modular drive (to pull a 2wd load) and wanted some help visualizing its movements. You built a fantastic machine, thankyou for sharing.

    I think the spark plug coil sends signals the motor driver picks up...or the alternators sinusoid wave. You want to also charge the batteries with the combustion engine, while it is powered on? If not, maybe completly separate these circuits and use a rc switch and relay to control the power on/off of the combustion engine and have that engine with it;s own 12v battery.

      Thanks RC Mechanic, yes the problem is in alternator or in spark plug (coil).
      Yes i want to charge the battery while mowing, so unfortunately I can't separate the electrical circuits into 2 parts.
      At the moment I have a mower at the electrician to help me solve the problem of motor shaking.

      @@urbanbelaj i hope he figures it out because the motor driver can be damaged by those signals..
      Maybe you can set the endpoints of the rc remote to a lower value, but that also will reduce the speed of the motor. I think it will create a little buffer zone and reduce the motors shaking.
      I reduced my endpoints to values between 13 to 17% and the motors have a much smoother response.
      If I keep them at 100% the remote sticks are very responsive and move at the slightest input.

      @urbanbelaj  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes I also hope the electrician discovers the fault. Yeah for the endpoints, I’ve tried it before, but the thing doesn’t work. I also have reduced the value of the endpoints forwards backwards to 80% for turning left and right to 30%. video 6.0 test 2, I have turning on 100%, video 6.0 test 1 and test 3 is turning on 30%

    all electric grounds should be short and leading to one common point (screw) on the - of Battery !! :) also ferrite filter and rc filter on any positive in.

      Thanks, Salvatore, yes the main problem was, that i have only 1 ground cable in only one point.

    how many RPM of your motors, 120 RPM or 75 RPM? Thanks.

      I have 4 MY1016z motors.
      May I know Battery specs? How long does it last in battery mode?

      @urbanbelaj  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@7Segment555 I haven't fully tested the battery capacity yet, I've always charged it in between, but I think it would last between 45 minutes and 1 hour, at FULL POWER. I use 2x AGM 33 Ah battery. Sorry for the late reply.
