Don't go for Gavana if you look through top players lineups you'll see that no one uses her. Better go for chaos faction Shar she is super duper op but I think that she also has light equipment, ignoring the equipment I've seen top players using 3 maxed out copies of her, so that all their brawl arena teams would have her.
Usually people use 1x speed to spam the ultimates because auto funcion uses heroes ultimates one by one but by hand and 1x time you can use the ultimes all at once.
Gavanna isn't really that good... Karinna has similar hability, Gavanna is/was good before Akashic meta on guild boss and even then Karinna got better to tank bosses after her rework
all your damage dealer are mages so when their combo dont kill the enemy you have to wait for their active to pock again which is usually long and they are already dead before the second proc.. consider using one marksman or fighter.. it will help you a lot
