If there is any special advantage of studying in a level 1 uni,when consider jobs/pr ? When we select a regional area with PR prodpects, if the uni is say,level 2,what will be an ideal decision ? The applicant will be able to continue however due to the future start date the application will not be assessed as a priority. The applicant is encouraged to lodge their application 3 months before their course commences." If we apply now, will this impact visa decision or will it be delayed? Or should I wait for another month?

Ente kochay, there is nothing like that. If you have a COE ready, make sure your SOP is VERY VERY Strong and other documents should be well scanned and fille renamed. If all READY, Just FIRE the application, Less than 20days after your medical you should get it. If everthing is good. You might get AUTO GRANT.
