The smallest homemade micro drill in the world. Hello friends. Today I will show you a homemade micro drill. This is the smallest electric drill. This idea came to me a very long time ago. I accidentally came across a micro motor from a camera and I immediately set to work to surprise you once again. I made all the details by hand. I made the body of the drill from organic glass. I used hand tools for making. Various files and dremel. It turned out to be a very cool drill. fully functional.

A real art-work! If there are button battery's made from Lithium ion, then it could be used for many cases such as engraving. A usb port, instead of the batterys, would also be possible for a longer turn use.

Ages ago when I was making my own PCBs by hand I used a tiny motor to drill 0,5 mm holes in the PCB. It was more than 35 years ago. No other manual method beats it.

This guy is a craftsman what a work of art. I envy in a good way ppl that can build stuff from scratch like this. I wish i jad the ability to do this kind kf work at this level. I try but always fail and mever have accomplished any type of micro model or anything from scratch that i have seen on videos like this one. Im currently trying to make a micro chevy 350 engine using my mini lathe and machining all that parts from scratch and aluminum blocks its actually going along nicely i got the blueprints and engineer drawings for it all off the Internet and its literally just follow all the measurements and same materials and your good to go the jard part is making sure everything is within tolerance and for a 1/32 scale chevy 350 engine the tolerances are very small almost no tolerance at all meaning if ots not withing a few microns it wont work. The smallest tolerance is 40 microns which is half the size of a human hair and biggest tolerance is 80 microns which is a human hair
