Ich frag mich immer, ob es positiv oder negativ ist, dass mich die Videos so entspannen... Eigentlich sollten es ja die Justierungen am eigenen Körper tun
It is not really intentional. The fast coming together of the hands creates the speed and the spin needed for the adjustment. Since the movement when the hands come together is fast it creates the slap. If you put the hands together and than do the torquing motion it is much slower and the force does not penetrate as deep. But the slapping sound has nor purpose on its own. It just happens from the way I perform the adjustment. Cheers!
Its really profound. First I usually feel a little like the light was suddenly turned of and back on and it takes a second to reorient myself and than it is a rush of energy, feeling of ease and a feeling of clarity and focus.
I found you after watching your video with an American chiropractor. I liked how it seemed you incorporated different styles into your work like KST along with your own. Glad you did a new video!
Is there a big difference between manual therapy and Chiropracting because it both using cracking and adjusting, if there is which one would you recommend to go to for lower back pain? Kind regards!
Good question! The difference is actually huge. Chiropractic has a completely different philosophy, different goals for the care and different technique than manual therapy. Regarding the technique Chiropractic is always specific, adjusting only one neuromusculosceletal segment, with little force but high speed always staying under the normal movement range of the patient. Manual therapy uses much larger levers and more unspecific manipulations. The aim of manual therapy is simple to free up a joint that feels stuck or relax a tense muscle. Chiropractic goes deeper: Bones do not move on their own, they only move when a muscle pulls. Muscles do not move on their own, they only do when the Nervous System tells them to. That is why chiropractic focusses not on bone or muscle but on the major control system of the entire human body: The nervous system. This system is controlling every single function in the human body, every cell. Chiropractic focusses on restoring balance to this system. We use the spine as a key board or you could say as an instrument to release stress patterns in the brain and restore maximal adaptability and harmony to the nervous system. The fact that muscles relax and joints move easier after that is just a side effect from the body functioning as it is supposed to. Chiropractic is actually no treatment for any condition, it is the ultimate way of life enhancement and health maintenance. Still if you have low back pain I would recommend a chiropractor. He will not treat the back pain, but he will help your nervous system to regain control over your back and enable it to heal your body on a deep level. This makes much more sense than just adressing the symptom by trying to force more movement into your low back or massage the tense muscles. If your brain regains full control over your low back, it will heal and the muscles will relax automatically and movement will return. If you adress the cause in the Nervous System rather than addressing only the symptom in the joints and muscles, your chances are optimal to clear the problem ones and for all, instead of having it come back every couple of month and get worse over time. And the great thing is, not only will your low back improve, but Chiropractic care will have a postivie influence on every aspect of your life, cause your nervous system is responsible for every aspect of your life. You will be suprised what your life can feel like when your body is functioning at its best. This is what a good chiropractor who understood chiropractic well will tell you. If a chiropractor only talks about low back pain, and bones, you are probably better of if you choose a different one. Cheers!
Professional in ever video, including the dog adjustment video. Mr. Ring Dinger adjusted a dog a while back by pulling extremely hard on it's tail making it yelp
So is it an actual part of the movement? How dose slapping your hands together AFTER the movement create speed and spin? Perhaps an unneeded byproduct. Maybe its just for dramatic effect, much like the slap and stomp of a kung fu demonstration. Which this reminded me of.
Nope. If I wanted to do Kung Fu, I would do KungFu. The stabilizing hand meeting the adjusting hand in the spinning movement creates the speed and momentum. When the hands move of in that movement one hand comes together with the other and that just makes a slap. There really is nothing to it. It just happens.
Hi TJ! I think you are not dense. How would you know how it works if you see it for the first time? That would be a little much to ask. How it works is basically this: The nervous system controlls every function of the human body. If somebody has a disease or chronic pain this means that his or her body is not functioning right, cause if it does health is the normal expression. Since every function of the human body is controlled by the nervous system, we do not bother treating the sign or symptom but address the cause of the problem by rebalancing the nervous system. Physical, toxic and emotional stress is what causes the nervous system to malfunction. If the nervous system is in a state of dysfunction one result is increases muscle tension and areas of abnormal tone and reduced motion along the spine (which protects our main electric cable: the spinal cord). These areas correspond with specific parts of the brain not functioning right. For example you find different areas if the main problem of the brain is controlling digestion than you would find if the main issue was controlling the hormonal system. We adjust these areas not only restoring normal tone, movement and function to the spine but also resetting the nervous system back to a state of balance and ease. This way we help release the effects of daily wear and tear by physical, toxic and emotional stress on the body and help to keep the human system in a state of equilibrium, health and optimal performance. Makes sense? If not ask me a more specific question any time. Cheers!
No Sir. There are some similarites and Blair is a very fine approach, but my method is very different in many ways. I deveolped it myself over the years and continue to refine it. Cheers!
This dude is taking himself too seriously with those ''ninja'' moves … make the video look like it's a hoax with someone who emphasis more on the style than the actual chiropractic action !!! It look like someone who is in it's bubble as we say !!!
Hi Andre! I dont take myself very seriously, I take the art of chiropractic very seriously. If you do that it looks more artful than the mainstream. That is an effect of more intensive training and higher excellence, not an intended show element. Cheers!
Your videos are so relaxing.
I always watch your videos before I go to sleep.
Its an honour to help you sleep better! Imagine how your sleep would be if you actually got adjusted. ;-) Cheers!
I think same 👍

What happened to this chiropractor? I really enjoyed the videos that you did with him.
He decided to quit his training with me and opened up his own office in the same town. He is working there.
Can you do a slow motion video of your super fast ninja hands neck adjustment? I'm curious to see what it looks like
I think I did that in one of my older videos. Will try.
I don’t think a medium size shirt was the correct choice...
I told my associate not to train his toggle recoil adjustment to excessively... It makes the biceps swell up like crazy.... 😜
Sehr gelungenes Video.👍 Hoffentlich kommen zukünftig mehr Uploads. 👌
Danke! Ich versuche es. LG!
Please excuse me if this has already been ask. Why do you slap your hand when doing that adjustment? Thanks

really cool ! Nice job :)
Thank you!

Can we interview someone after they get hit with the spin move? What is it like?
Its really profound. First I usually feel a little like the light was suddenly turned of and back on and it takes a second to reorient myself and than it is a rush of energy, feeling of ease and a feeling of clarity and focus.

Hang on you didnt try to rip his head from his body, call it a ring dinger and act surprised that they still have feeling in the legs.

HAHA! I would never let "Mr. ring-dinger" come anywhere even close to adjusting me. I thought I was the only one....
Settle down tough guy everyone has there method
Informative enjoyable .
Thank you! Appreciate thekind feedback!
Wie lange hält eigentlich das Adjustment? ;)
Kommt darauf an wieviel Stress der Patient hat. Je nachdem wie schnell das Glas wieder voll ist.
Is he your protege?
He is my associate, student, respected colleague and good friend. Cheers!
Such a nice couple
Thanks for the compliment!
Why do you slap your hands together at 49sec?
Its just part of the movement. The hands coming together quickly creates speed and faster spin. The slap just happens as a byproduct.

Sounds like you need a new table doc!
Why? Did you notice something I didn’t?
Chiropraxis Göttingen just sounds like it could use some grease on the lifts
I will definitely check that! Thanks Mate!
Are you using the Blair Upper cervical technique?
No Sir. There are some similarites and Blair is a very fine approach, but my method is very different in many ways. I deveolped it myself over the years and continue to refine it. Cheers!
..... that sexy ass music though 😳
Necesito un ajuste de esqueleto, se antoja...
Very nice upload and equally nice room (and nice soft porn music, jk). Thanks for the video!
They use music like this in movies like that?!? 😅 Thanks for the feeback! Our new room really turned out nicely! Cheers!

The music reminds me of this commercial for a supermarket: th-cam.com/video/iNtYHswzFzM/w-d-xo.html
LOL! Of course that was intended.... 😂😉
You gotta be kidding. This isn’t a performance
No, performance wouldn't be the right word for sure. It is the demonstration of an art.
Chiropraxis Göttingen it sure looks like one. I’m not impressed.
Alright, maybe I get a chance to impress you next time. Cheers!
Chiropraxis Göttingen ok knock yourself out lol.
Whew... I‘ll try my very best...
